West Kowloon is one of the key development areas of Choice.

In 2017, alongside Kaisa Group (stock code: 1638), Choice has successfully acquired the property at 201-203A Yee Kuk Street property. The project has a site area of approximately 4,100 sq. ft. and a total gross floor area of approximately 36,900 sq. ft.

 

HAI TAN STREET

PROJECT

Apart from the Yee Kuk Street Project, the company has partnered with Carrianna Group (stock code: 126) and successfully acquired another site in West Kowloon. The project is situated at Hai Tan Street 223-225A ,with a site area of approximately 4,700 sq. ft., currently comprised of 16 apartments and 4 shops, and the maximum total gross floor area after development would reach approximately 42,300 sq. ft.

 

The site will be redeveloped into yet another quality residential property in the “C-Collection Masterpiece” series.

CASTLE PEAK ROAD 

Castle Peak Road is an area filled with various old buildings of high redevelopment value, which is why Choice has once again partnered with Carrianna Group (stock code: 126) in acquiring  properties at 300-306 Castle Peak Road. The project is expected to provide a total gross floor area of approximately 42,380 sq. ft., and will be one of the large scale residential and commercial projects in the district.
